Returns Policy for Individual Customers
- If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from Business Cats Press, return it in the same condition as it was provided to you within 20 calendar days of receipt for a replacement copy or a full refund. If you are eligible for a refund based on the foregoing, we will credit the refund amount to your original form of payment. We cannot refund the cost of shipping. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product back to us.
- If you return a product to us outside of the 20 calendar days, we will not refund you, and we will not send the product back to you.
- If your returned product is not in the same condition as we shipped it to you, such as but not limited to having any rips, tears, handwriting, highlighting, bent or missing pages, you will not be entitled to a refund, and we will not ship your non-refundable product back to you.
- Business Cats Press will reimburse the cost of shipping for returns of any item sent in error, in addition to the above refund.

Returns Policy for U.S. Higher Education Bookstores
1. Customers must contact Business Cats Press to request a Return Materials Authorization (“RMA”) before sending a return shipment to us. Customers shall not receive any credits for returns shipped without a fully completed RMA.
2. To obtain an RMA, customers should contact Business Cats Press customer service at sales@businesscatspress.com with the invoice number, title information, ISBN and quantity of the product(s) they are requesting to return.
3. Authorized returns that arrive in a resaleable condition (as determined by Business Cats Press at its sole discretion) shall be credited to customers at the net unit price set out in the RMA.
Restocking Fee
All authorized returns will be subject to a 5% restocking fee. The total restocking fee will be reflected on the RMA.
Returns Eligibility Threshold
Customers may return purchases made up to 90 calendar days from the shipment date, unless an alternative date has been agreed upon in advance.
Condition of Returned Product
1. Business Cats Press reserves the right to deny credit for any products that are returned in an unsatisfactory condition, e.g., damaged, stickered, or marked.
2. Sets/bundles must be in original shrink wrap. Individual components from a set/ bundle will not be accepted as returns.
Please note that Business Cats Press will not return any products which have been shipped to us in violation of this policy.
Shipping Costs
Returns are made at customer’s expense with the exception of returns of defective products, wrong products, or over-shipments for which Business Cats Press will reimburse the cost of shipping.
Returns remain the customer’s property and responsibility until received at Business Cats Press’s warehouse. Customers are liable for any shortages or damages during transit.
